Studio North corner the market in property ad campaign

Hunters were looking to embark upon a national brand building campaign to cement their reputation as one of the leading property groups in the North of England. The main focus of the campaign had to be flexible enough to incorporate a number of core services whilst being intuitive enough to be distributed in a number of areas of the UK. Hunters required a campaign that would create a style of communication strong enough always to be known as Hunters; wherever and whenever it would be placed.

Solution
When producing brand building campaigns the objectives always revolve around structuring lasting, recognisable visual communication. This, coupled with perceptive copywriting and concept creation, inevitably produces very strong and memorable campaigns.

Studio North produced a number of separate campaign routes revolving around Hunters being the "Total Property Solution". Through researching Hunters, where the company was positioned in the market and who were its core target audiences, it became apparent that the quality of service offered by Hunters was at the premium end of the market. With this in mind we created a number of concepts to maintain the company's position and the "We do More" positional statement came out on top as the advert sign off.

The campaign is still on going and has now branched out into the franchising division of Hunters where a new set of concepts will be produced for a totally different target audience.

The campaign has seen Hunters continue to grow throughout the north of England, and the final campaign style is planned to run for the full 5 year term as originally set out.
