Studio North prescribe fresh ideas for Co-op Pharmacy
Background
Studio North were introduced to Co-op Pharmacy upon the recommendation of Co-op Group Corporate Communications, for whom we had previously worked. The initial brief was to provide a choice of recruitment ad campaigns to attract staff so the national retail chain could cope with planned expansion and acquisitions. Furthermore they wished to establish themselves as a positive, friendly and a "good to work for" company. Through the Group business, we had already produced the staff magazine for Co-op Pharmacy and understood their desire to drive home their core brand values to both staff and their customers.
Solution
Product and people based concepts were chosen by the client and ran in two separate campaigns, each generating superb levels of response.
Studio North's fresh design style was such an improvement on anything previous that the project then evolved into a twelve month rebranding process of all HR and internal communications literature and advertising.
The current range of literature, from the internal operations manuals which are presented in clear frosted polypropylene ring binders to the hundred page colleague handbooks all present a consistent and appealing message reflecting Co-op Pharmacy's people values.
