A Web developer
A Web designer

We’re not just looking for a web developer and web designer, we’re looking for people who match our enthusiasm, want to get stuck straight in and can add their own spark to our friendly and dynamic work culture.

Our web developer needs to have:

• Experience in HTML, CSS, PHP, JavaScript and JQuery (Essential)
• Be able to demonstrate ability to code valid XHTML and CSS
• Strong SQL Server development/administering skills
• Strong experience writing CMS and eCommerce web applications
• Experience administrating Linux/Apache web hosting environments
• Any experience with Social Networking site integration would be a bonus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Production of all levels of specification for a project such as technical abd process documentation
• Excellent organisation skills, including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and across multiple large-scale projects
• Ensure quality processes are adhered to throughout project
• A strong delivery focus is a must with a passion for quality and innovation. Positive attitude and a strong team player.

Our web designer needs to have:

• Min. 3 years experience
• Strong creative flair and the ability to work on projects from design concept and creation through to completion (HTML/CSS build)
• Equally at home creating visually stunning website designs and online marketing collateral as well as coding precise, accessible, SEO-friendly and W3C valid website structures
• Proficiency with: Dreamweaver, Fireworks/Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash as well as standard FTP software
• Excellent knowledge of XHTML/CSS is essential and a good working knowledge of Javascript, JQuery and mySQL a bonus
• Previous agency experience essential
